End-User License Agreement for TVMosaic

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the Author (DVBLogic) of this Software for the Software, identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bounded by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

Software License

All versions of the Software are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The sole property belongs to DVBLogic. The Software may not be duplicated, sold, distributed or utilized in any manner not described herein without the prior written consent of DVBLogic. Parties interested in licensing the Software for other than personal use should contact DVBLogic at info@dvblogic.com.

Grant of License

This EULA grants you the rights to install and use the Software. You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the Software.

Reproduction and Distribution

Unauthorized copying of the Software, including software that has been modified, merged or included with the Software, or the written materials associated therewith is expressly forbidden.

Reverse Engineering Prohibited

Unauthorized reverse engineering of the Software, whether for educational, fair use, or other reason is expressly forbidden. For the purposes of this license the term "reverse engineering" shall apply to any and all information obtained by such methods as decompiling, decrypting, trial and error, or activity logging.

Termination of License

Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.

Limited Warranty and Remedies

The Program is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall The Author be liable to you for any damages arising out of the use of the program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
